Our Mango Ripening Process

Pre-Harvesting Stage

To Enhance taste we stop irrigation to Mango trees one week prior to harvesting.


We harvest only when the mangoes are physiologically matured on the trees.

Maturity Indicators

White Wax-like Formation on Mangoes.

Well Rounded Shoulders at the stem end.

Broadened Eyes on Skin.

Internal color formation before harvesting.
scientifically measuring the sweetness.

Harvesting Stage

Properly matured mangoes are handpicked

De-Sapping of the Mangoes to reduce the damage.

Ripening Stage

Warm Water Treatment to remove harmful microbes.

Paddy straw is used to enhance the natural flavors.

Delivery 

Semi-ripened to ripened mangoes are packed in Carton box with paddy straw 

These Mangoes can be consumed for 2 to 3 days.
